Do I need to take any steps for my O retirement visa when using a new passport in Thailand?
I have a current O retirement visa and multi re entry permit in my old passport , I have a new passport, do I need to do anything other than present both passports at Thai immigration when returning next week, as I don't want to risk having my current retirement visa and re entry permit cancelled if I haven't followed a set process? Thanks for any help or information.
Answer summary
If you have a current O retirement visa and multi re-entry permit in your old passport, you need to present both passports upon re-entry to Thailand. Ensure that you are properly stamped for the right length of stay. After returning to your home country, you should visit your local immigration office to apply for transferring your visa stamps to the new passport.

You enter Thailand showing both passports, make sure you are stamped for the right length by retirement/re-entry before you leave the passport control.
Once you are back home, go to your local immigration office and apply for transferring stamps to your new passport.
