Hello folks please can you tell me about Non-O visa process?

After approval for first 90 days, how soon can I do the one year extension?

Need to leave Thailand for a few weeks before the 90 days is over, so Iโ€™d like to extend to the 12 months before departure.

Can I do the one year extension immediately?

Thanks! ๐Ÿ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-O visa process allows for an initial stay of 90 days, after which you may apply for a one-year extension. Depending on the immigration office, you may be able to apply for the one-year extension anywhere between 30 to 45 days before your initial 90 days expire. If you plan to leave Thailand before your 90 days are complete, it's crucial to confirm the timeline for your specific immigration office regarding when you can apply for the extension.

Office dependent. Some allow 45 days prior. Some 30 days prior.
