Hi there!

I have a question about the TM30.

French passport holder, I am on a 60day tourist visa extended once. The friends I live with declared me at their address so I got a TM30.

I'm gonna do a visa run to the Burmese boarder to get a 30day exemption visa next week. Do I have to report myself at immigration the day after to confirm my TM30 since I've went out and back into Thai territory?

Thank you ๐Ÿ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
A TM30 is required for foreigners who change their residence or stay in accommodation in Thailand. Since you will be leaving the country for a visa run and returning, it is important to check your TM30 reporting requirements. Generally, if you leave Thailand and re-enter, you don't need to re-report the TM30 at the immigration office, as it pertains to your current place of residence. However, it's advisable to ensure your friends who declared you on the TM30 update any relevant authorities of your re-entry.
