Well I’m here and settled on Lanta .. pcr tests in Phuket were well organised. As we are on a non oa retirement visa we need to do 90 day reporting. We are staying in our own house … do we need to get TM30 completed to allow 90 day reporting? Never done reporting before so not sure what’s involved.
TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a Non-OA retirement visa in Thailand, you are required to complete 90-day reporting. Since you are staying in your own house, you do need to complete the TM30 form as part of this process. The TM30 can be registered online, which simplifies the reporting procedure for expats in Thailand.
