Do I need to file a new TM30 every time I re-enter Thailand?

TM30 question.

So I’ve been renting an apartment since January and have been coming in and out of Thailand using the 30 visa on arrival + 30 day extension.

Do I need a new TM30 each time I re-enter or does the first one suffice? If i do need a new one each time, who should do it, me or my landlord.

To tell you the truth I’ve actually lost the original one done back in January, luckily they've never asked for it when I’ve gone to extend my visa (I’ve extended it twice so far)

I’m in Chiang Mai.

Thanks :-)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form must be submitted each time a foreigner re-enters Thailand, indicating their residence in the country. In this case, your landlord is responsible for filing the TM30 form, not you. Since you have lost the original TM30 document, it's advisable to inform your landlord to submit a new one upon your next re-entry to ensure compliance with Thai immigration regulations.
