If I get a marriage visa, do I need to live at the house of my wife?

She and I are currently living in my condo in Bangkok, where she works, but her kids (dad died) and mother live in her house in the village.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, to comply with the marriage visa regulations in Thailand, you and your wife need to live together at the address where her TM30 registration is filed. While living in your condo is acceptable, it's essential that this address matches that of your wife's legal residence for immigration purposes. Immigration officials may visit to verify your living arrangement.

If you get a marriage extension, immigration will pay you a visit wherever you two live together to verify your marriage.

Nobody knows where you live. What immigration does not know does not hurt them. You are allowed to go on holidays
Bart **************
You need to live in the same place.

You have to live together.

You need to live at the place your TM30 is filed at, along with your wife. Where her mum or kids live is irrelevant
