Going to Bangkok for 45 days visa exemption and planning to extend another 30 days.
1. On which day can I start applying for the extension?
1. Do I need TM30? Will be staying in Airbnb, if TM30 is needed, what's the easiest way to get that? Any agency to recommend?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can apply for a 30-day visa extension in Bangkok anytime before your visa exemption stamp expires, which is likely 45 days after your arrival. Typically, a TM30 form is not required for visa extensions in Bangkok, especially for those staying in an Airbnb. If necessary, you can visit IT Square or Laksi Plaza for your visa extension.

Thank you. Good to know it's not needed in Bangkok. I messaged my Airbnb host, and surprisingly, she provides this to all her tenants. I guess I'm lucky. Since I can have it easily, would be preparing this just in case.
