Hey, everyone! I'm living an apartment in Bangkok now, and I will move in with a friend tomorrow. So after I check out from the apartment, do I need to do the TM 30 by myself? and how should I do? Thank you in advance!

PS: My friend is the house owner and the house is located in Bangkok too.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are moving in with a friend who is the house owner, both of you need to visit the local immigration office (MTT) to file a TM30. It's important that the house owner accompanies you to complete this process, especially if you do not have a lease for the new accommodation. There are also online options available for submitting the TM30 through a mobile application.

you and your friend (the house owner) need to go to MTT and file a TM30.

Unless you have a lease you won't be able to do it without them
