Hello, I am here with a yearly retirement extension but at the moment I haven't choose a place to stay. Question: when I do the TM47 online I have to type the address of my actual TM30 even if it's an hotel or the address I registered when I applied for the last extension renewal? Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
When completing the TM47 form online, you should enter the address of your current stay, which should align with your most recent TM30 registration. This is crucial as the TM30 needs to be filed within 24 hours of your arrival at any location. Note that some immigration offices may require proof of a 12-month lease to grant your extension.

Be aware that many immigration offices will not grant extension without a 12-month lease

Your TM47 should be where you're staying when you file it, which would also match your most recent TM30 since that's required to be filed within 24 hours of you arriving somewhere.
