Hello, I was wondering if, when filling out the paperwork for a tm30, do I only need to provide the current place of residence? I was at a hotel, then I was renting a condo for 1 month, and am now going to be returning to the hotel. I am going to be applying, again, for a covid extension.
Also, should I provide paperwork showing dates encompassing both residences?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When filling out the TM30 paperwork, you only need to provide your current place of residence. It's recommended to wait until you're back at the hotel and ask them to file the TM30 on your behalf. You don't need to include paperwork for previous residences; simply focus on your current location.
