Good afternoon. I'd like to have your opinions: is it advisable to apply for the 90 days report on line despite of the amnesty (as someone told to Tod Daniels), or better to skip it till July 31st? (Remark: my visa is NON IMM MULTY ENTRY for retirement). Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among commenters suggests that if you have a valid one-year Multiple Entry Non-Immigrant O visa, you are not required to make 90-day reports. However, some recommend doing the 90-day report online for better date control, while others suggest waiting until immigration procedures return to normal to avoid complications.

You might want to skip and wait what the Immigration announce when things go back to normal, nobody knows, what and how to deal with the reports then. Easy for yourself and it only takes a few minutes, make the report on line.
