J Have to do 90 day report at 7 June-23 but I will leave Thailand for Sweden 16 June-23 so do I have to make that 90 day report even when I leave 16 June-23?

You do have to make that report. Won’t technically be an issue on your way out this time as they don’t check - but next time you’re to do a report an eagle eyed officer may spot you missed it and will fine you 2,000 baht for a late filing.

Yes you do have to make the report, the grace period is for making a report, not leaving the country.
