My 90 day report is due to expire on 11 Feb 2021. I tried doing it online but an error message asks meto contact immigration even though my details are entered correctly. I wanna avoid going to impact arena to sort it out . Can I just send docs via EMS with screenshot of error message ? If so , do I send it to Impact Muangthong or to Chaengwattana immigration ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you're unable to complete your 90-day report online due to an error message, you need to visit the immigration office in person after trying the online route first. While you cannot mail it in due to the requirement of a specific postmark date, you can go to Impact Muangthong or Chaengwattana immigration directly. If the online system isn't working, consider going to Bumrungrad Hospital's business center for assistance for a fee. Some users shared their experiences and advice regarding booking an appointment and the reporting process.

Just updating everyone on my experience so far . In order to process the 90 day report at Impact Muangthongthani , the website states that you have to book an appointment online prior to your visit . The online system asks you to state your purpose ( 90 day report in my case ) and expiry date . If you enter the expiry date on the system , the only option that appears for a booking is on that date . My wife called them explaining the problem and the staff said that if you plan to go there in advance , say 8th Feb , you have to select that as your expiry date and then the system will allow you to book an appointment on the 8th Feb . Hopefully knowing this will make it less frustrating for others . If someone finds a simpler more logical solution , please share so that it makes things easier to process the 90 day report
Just updating you all . Managed to get it done at Impact MT . I asked the staff what went wrong . She said ‘the system has changed since last time . ‘ I then asked ‘ what’s a good way to avoid coming here in person next time to do the 90 day report ?’ She replied ‘ try online first . If it doesn’t work just send via EMS to Chaengwattana immigration a couple of weeks before the due date ( she also said ‘don’t send it to impact MT cos the docs will get lost )
Your choice is to go file a 90 day report in person you can do it from 15 days before your due date down until 7 days after your due date.
OR
Go to Bumrungrad Hospital 10th floor business center, and they'll file it for you for 650 baht (you need to drop off your passport and then go pick it back up from them after a few days)
Thanks for the info. I think I’ll head out to MTT either tomorrow or next week . I saw that the website says it’s in building 6 . Is each building clearly marked with a number ? That would make it easy for the taxi driver . The pic with the arrow pointing to the correct building looks a bit unclear on the website
yes I have . I did it successfully online 2 times prior to this and still have the slip which I can print out showing when my next due date is ( 11 Feb 2021)
I think it has to do with the fact that between your last 90 day report AND this one that came due you got another extension which wasn't entered into the database.
As I said, all you can do is go file a report in person at MTT and ask them about it
oops I meant to say sending the required docs plus the screenshot , hence the need to send the docs via mail later than the minimum 14 days in advance requirement
