I missed a 90-day report, completely forgot about it. Since it’s about 3 weeks late I know I’m getting fined so didn’t have any big rush to sort it out.

Now, I’m flying back to my home country on Tuesday.

My question is what to do next, should I;

A - Do it tomorrow at immigration?

B - Can I pay fine at airport?

C - Just fly and nothing happens with it?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you've missed your 90-day report in Thailand and are leaving the country soon, you generally have a few options. However, based on community advice, it's suggested that you don't need to take any immediate action before your departure, as fines for the missed report will not be collected at the airport. You can choose to report later when you next interact with immigration, where you'll face a fine of 2000 THB regardless of when you settle it.

Don't do anything. If they pick it up next time you have an interaction with your local immigration then pay the fine then.

Nothing would happen upon your departure from Thailand when you leave Thailand without doing 90 days report within the due date. No way to pay the fine at the airport.

What would happen if you just leave is, the immigration officer may or may not find out you missed 90 days report when your next application for extension, 90 days report in person, or any other thing at the immigration office. You will be fined when they find it out.

So it's your decision whether you want to do 90 days on Monday and clear the fine, or wait until next time to go to the immigration office.

The fine of 2000 thb stays the same if you do it tomorrow or months later.
