ORIGINAL POSTER
Hi, recently I changed condos, although I'm in the same building. Do I need to attend my next 90 day report in person? Landlord filed a new tm30 within hours of moving into the new condo. On a non b in Samut Prakan. Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether an in-person attendance is necessary for their upcoming 90-day report after moving to a different condo within the same building, noting that their landlord promptly filed a TM30. A comment suggests trying online reporting as a first step, allowing time for in-person reporting if needed.

Try online reporting as soon as you are able to so you still have plenty of time to do it in person if rejected
