TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about their obligation to file a 90-day immigration report before departing Thailand for Hong Kong on April 12, having entered the country on January 14. Responses indicate that since the 90-day report is due 90 days after entry, which would be April 14, and the user is leaving on April 12, they would not need to file the report before their departure.

According to my handy app, if you entered on January 14 the 90 day report is due on April 14.

So if you leave on the 13th you would be good.

You came into Thailand on Jan 14, that is day nr 1 than count forwards till 90 days. If 11 April is less than you don't have to do, if more you have to do.
