Hi everyone.

I'm under consideration for 1 year extension non o based on marriage until 3th of February.

Chaengwattana, Bangkok.

The 25th of January I will relocate to a new home.

When I've applied for the extension I've tried to explain this matter to the officer with all the documentation, but she wasn't of much help.

Since I've applied for the extension using my actual address, will it effects my chances to get it going to register for a new address -Tm30- during the under consideration period?

Should I wait to get the extension first then register for Tm30 paying the late fee?

I hope I have been clear, thank you very much for you help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether relocating during their visa extension application period will affect their chances of approval. They have applied for a one-year NON-O extension based on marriage and are moving to a new address shortly. The advice given suggests filing a TM30 form as usual when they move and that this should not impact their extension application.

Just file a TM30 like normal when you move. Then show up at the immigration office when your under consideration stamp comes due.
