Do I need to go to the Chaengwattana Immigration office for my Non-O visa extension and is the affidavit of income from the Belgian Embassy accepted?

Hi all, I have 2 question's.

I moved from Nonthaburi to Don Mueang since a couple of months. At the end of April, I need to extend my Non-O based on marriage to a Thai national. I suppose the Immigration office at Chaengwattana road will be my new office to go to isn't it? I have a copy of our rental agreement which is in both our names.

Do they still accept a affidavit of income presented by the Belgian Embassy at Chaengwattana? In Nonthaburi this wasn't the case anymore since last year.

Thanks you so much for your info about this matter.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is moving to a new area in Don Mueang and is inquiring about extending their Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai national at the Chaengwattana Immigration Office. They seek confirmation that this is the correct location for their application and whether an affidavit of income from the Belgian Embassy will still be accepted, noting that it was not accepted in Nonthaburi last year. A comment confirms that the Chaengwattana office will require the same documents as before, including a lease agreement, owner's ID, house registration book, updated pictures, and bank letters.

It will be the same at ChiangWattana. Besides all the other documents you needed for your extension last year, you will also need your lease agreement to show the name of the property on it, as many do not. You will also need a copy of the owner's Thai ID card, and a copy of the house book they are registered in. You'll need updated pictures, and of course your bank letters. The same as last year.
