ORIGINAL POSTER
I‘m back for another question, I finally got the letter in my email and go to Trat soon to try to extend.

Is the original letter needed? Would love to avoid going to Bangkok to pick it up...

Also many say you get 20 days and have to go back then and get another 10, do you have to go the same office or can it be another one?

thank you, stay safe everyone :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original letter may not be required as some users have successfully used a printed version. However, you typically need to return to the office that issued the initial 'under consideration' stamp for further extensions, although you can ask if another office is acceptable.

You will need to return to the office which gave you the under consideration stamp.

You can ask if OK to use another office, but doubtful you will get OK.

you can print the letter and the email they sent it to you.

UNless I'm mistaken because they're under consideration stamps you need to go back to the original office you applied for the "unable to travel due to covid-19" extension to get more time on it. BUT at this time few people actually have had their first stamp run out yet so it will take time to get more reports about it
