Hi everyone! I will need my first Covid extension (after TR60+30) next week.
I spoke with the IO in Pai and they apply the 15day "under consideration period" before giving 60 days, and as I'll be in Bangkok next week, I am thinking of getting it there instead.
1. Is Chaeng Watthana still the place to go? I can't book "covid extension" on the website ( [members only] )
2. are they using the 15day "under consideration" period too? I understand that some IOs do, some others don't
3. Is any additional document (on top of TM30, TM6 and TM7) needed? (e.g letter from the embassy etc) from recent experience?
Thanks a lot!

A respondent confirms that Chaeng Watthana is indeed the place to go, mentioning the usual processing timelines and the need for discretion based on the specific immigration officer's decision. The user also inquires about the necessity of arriving early to fill out forms for their appointment.
