I'm going to go do my COVID extension tomorrow. My TR visa 30-days extension ends on 16 May. It's my first time.

1) But I heard that some letter from the embassy is required... What is it? What package of documents is required in general?

2) Where is the address for COVID extension?

3) Do I need to pre-register online?

But the last day they are selling the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 is May 29

Generally, yes. You will need either:

A. A letter from YOUR embassy saying you can't return (e-mail is ok) OR;

B. An e-mail from your embassy saying they don't issue the letters saying you can't return OR;

C. A screenshot from your embassy's website saying they don't issue the letters.
