TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers looking for flights from Manila to Bangkok can choose primarily from Philippine Airlines and Thai Airways, both offering direct flights. KLM and Cathay Pacific may also provide options with stops. It's noted that indirect flights may face restrictions regarding the Certificate of Entry (COE). Travelers are advised to verify flight status on airline websites and consider quarantine requirements in both Thailand and the Philippines upon arrival.

Choose a date. Look at sky scanner.
Beware of "self transfer" flights (you'll have to pass immigration and recheck in - and meet covid and visa requirements for your transit country)

in spite of the foolishness in the comments above, the current reality of the flight situation in many parts of the world does not equate to actual flights departing. If you can locate a flight that actually flies, (use airline sites) you will be subject to 14 days quarantine in Thailand on arrival, and the same in Philippines on the indicated return flight.

skyscanner.co.th fix your visa and your 16 days hotel and dont forget your covid test
The last I know it was Philippine airlines and Thai. Before I not know now, some indirect flights were not accepted for COE. You can find some flights of Thai on the Embassy pages too. I also think the Philippine airlines were more frequent.
