I'm currently on my first one year retirement visa. When I go to renew do I have to show a lease agreement? I bought a car and just want to spend next year exploring Thailand so won't have a permanent address.
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
When renewing your one-year retirement visa in Thailand, the necessity of a lease agreement may vary by immigration office. Some offices may require a lease, while others might not. It's advisable to check with your local immigration office for their specific requirements and to see if alternatives can be discussed. Some users mentioned that options like a temporary cheap lease may be suitable, and a TM30 registration for your vehicle may also be needed.

Depends on your immigration office. Some might require it and some might not. Go before you apply and ask them for their list of requirements. Look at the list and see what's required. If a lease is on the list see if you can talk to them about alternatives.
The requirements should generally be similar to what you used to get your first 1 year extension. You cannot renew a visa, every time is a brand new application for extension.
