What are the requirements for extending an OA retirement visa in Thailand?
I went to Trat immigration to extend my OA retirement visa for a third year they refused giving the reason that my house lease was only for 3 months and i will need a 1 year contract for a 1 year extension is this correct and what do i do now ?
