TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual sought a third-year extension for their OA retirement visa at Trat immigration. Their request was denied because the lease on their house only covered a three-month period, whereas a one-year lease is needed to qualify for a one-year visa extension. The person is looking for clarification on this requirement and advice on how to proceed.
