TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether they meet the requirements for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) due to their role as a partner in a real estate company, performing customer care and invoicing remotely. Community responses indicate that having company registration and tax returns are strong proofs of employment, and suggestions include obtaining a certification letter from the employer confirming remote work.

Absolutely! I know retirees getting the DTV on less than that!

Just write a letter of certification from your company on a company letterhead stating you are employed and can work remotely. Doesn’t have the be complicated wording, mine was literally just bullet points.

Can the company not write a letter to embassy stating that they employ you on a remote basis?

sure, the company can make a letter to explain, very easy because the company is managed by my family for 40 years.

should be fine then but dependent what embassy. Make sure the letter says ‘can work remotely including Thailand’ or words to that affect

Yes you meet the requirements., company registration and tax return are solid pieces of evidence. Depends on the embassy you apply to if they require more,

if I apply for the visa in my country the documents will be in my language, instead for example Vietnam, do I have to translate everything into English? I see in Vietnam is more easy for the moment.

is it okay if I translate the documents myself and attach them with the original ones in Italian? in Italy they don't issue documents in English.

you may need to get a recognised translator and have them apostles to be accepted unless making the application in your home country.

To be honest, it’s probably cheaper to fly there and do it than start paying for the translations.

Yeah, Vietnam is easy aslo Jakarta, Yangon and Taipei, Docs should be in English or Thai in Vietnam.
