Hi, apologies in advance for the post, as I've seen multiple similar questions on google search linking to this group, but have been unable to see the comments.
I'm wondering whether it's possible to return to Thailand under visa exemption while waiting for my DTV to be approved. I've already been asked to submit additional documents (passport pages, proof of stay outside of TH, bank/income statements, etc).
Additionally, was wondering if anyone applyed for the DTV evisa system in Malaysia, how long the application took for approval? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster inquires about the possibility of returning to Thailand under visa exemption while their DTV visa application is pending approval. They seek advice from others about experiences with the DTV evisa system, specifically regarding the processing time for applications filed in Malaysia.
And you'll find multiple posts telling you that you CAN'T come back to Thailand until your visa is approved. You can be denied for it. Interview is still a possibility.
