2) it ends on 27 September, not 30th. As to when, if, they announce it is being extended or not...anyone's guess! Last time they announced a week or so in advance, previous time they announced it on the afternoon of the day it was ending.

many offices will issue an “under consideration” stamp for anywhere between 5-15 days, after which you go back to the same office and they stamp in the remaining balance of 60 days. Reply to

It can be obtained on any visa or extension. If you’ve not had an extension off your exempt then you may need to apply for a “regular” 30 day one.
