Hello All

🧡🧡🧡

My husband and I are US citizens

I have a non B visa (teaching English) and he has a non O based on marriage to me.

We need to submit a TM 30 (for a new address not because of travel) and a TM 47 (our current TM 47 expires next week).

My question is can we do both at the Promenada immigration office?

We have done multiple 90 check in's there (Promenada) I am truly asking if they will file the TM 30 also or is that only at the main Chiang Mai immigration office?

Thank you in advance

🧡🧡🧡

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired if they could submit the TM30 (address notification) and TM47 (90-day reporting) forms at the Promenada immigration office in Chiang Mai. The comments indicated that while Promenada Mall accepts TM47 submissions, it typically does not accept TM30 submissions unless it's for a new address after traveling. It is recommended to go to the main immigration office for both filings.

The last reports were that Promenada Mall location in Chiang Mai was accepting 90 day reports (TM47) but was NOT accepting new TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence) forms. 😕 They will only accept a TM30 if you're filing a new one at the same address (like when you come back from traveling)

I would post on a Chiang Mai specific f/b group OR better yet, just go to the main immigration office in Chiang Mai by the airport and file both the TM30 and the new 90 day report at the same time.
