Hi People, My Non O visa expires on 7th Jan 2026, what is the next stage to remain here in Thailand on a permanant basis.
I have sufficient funds in the bank for over the last 2 months.
I have a TM 7, but is that the correct form to stay here.

On what basis was the non o issued? Marriage or retirement? The TM7 is one form you need, but depending on the type of visa ext your on will depend what you need. Also visit your immigration they can give you the requirements and you can pick up other forms.
