Hello

Thank you very much in advance for your help 😀

I have a non immigrant B visa (BOI). My work contract will end on the 24th of March and therefore my company will cancel both my work permit and my visa at Sam Yan One Stop service office.

I'm looking for a solution to stay in Thailand for 1 or 2 month after my contract termination (I resigned).

I saw that a lot of people are talking about a 60 days covid-19 visa extension. Is there something similar for my situation ?

Is there any solution for me to stay in Thailand ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The person is looking for solutions to extend their stay in Thailand for 1 or 2 months after their non-immigrant B visa and work contract end. They inquire about the availability of a 60-day COVID-19 visa extension and seek advice on how to maintain their stay legally.

get your current extension cancelled and then head over to the immigration office at Chaengwattana and apply for a 60 day covid extension

Thanks for your answer. You probably already published something about how to apply for this 60 days extension but I can't find it in a previous post ... What are the necessary documents / justifications ? Is there any official document or website page done by the thai immigration office on this topic ? (French passport)

Different immigration offices have different requirements, but all require the following:

1. Your passport and:

a. a copy of your data ("picture") page

b. a copy of your most recent visa (if you have one)

c. a copy of your most recent stamp

d. a copy of your departure card

2. A TM30, filed in the immigration office.

3. The forms (each immigration office may have different forms)

4. A letter from your embassy saying you can not return, OR a print out from your embassy saying they don’t issue the letters. If your embassy doesn't issue those letters, tell the immigration office they don't.

5. 2x passport pictures

6. 1,900 THB.

Different immigration offices have different policies. *SOME* may require:

- The ID card of the property owner where you are staying

- Copies of *ALL* stamped pages in your passport
