Not sure if this is a dumb question or not, never hurt to ask...about the 800,000 baht, does it has to be in one Thai bank account or can you have 3-4 Thai banks with smaller amounts? I guess a lot more paperwork for the immigration process?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The 800,000 baht that is required for certain visa applications must be kept in a single Thai bank account that is in the applicant's name. While it is technically possible to have multiple accounts, it is strongly discouraged due to the strict scrutiny by immigration authorities, which can lead to complications or rejection if the rules are not followed precisely. The money must be maintained for specific durations around the visa renewal process.
