Question: Non-immigrant O Marriage visa extension:

Can the 400k thb cash on the bank account be a total sum from multiple bank accounts or it strictly has to be on 1 bank account?

Does it still have to sit there 2 months untouched?

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To meet the financial requirement for a Non-immigrant O Marriage visa extension, the 400,000 THB can be accumulated across multiple bank accounts, but all accounts must be in your name. Additionally, the funds need to remain untouched for two months prior to the visa application date.

And once you have made application for the one year extension of stay as Married to Thai... do not touch any of the 400,000 Thai baht in your Thai bank account until approved and the one year stamp is placed into your passport. That time is approximately one month.

The requirement is at least 2 months prior application date on a Thai Bank account. If this is supposed to be one account or more is the decision of the Immigration Officer. But be aware that all accounts have to be on your name.
