Hi, I have a question regarding the 800K bank deposit requirement for retirement visa. I understand that I need to transfer the fund internationally under my name, but do I need to do it in one transfer or is it possible to separate it into several transfers as long as the total amount satisfies the requirement and I have proof of all transfers? TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can transfer the 800K baht required for a retirement visa in multiple transactions as long as the total amount meets the requirement and you can provide proof of all transfers. Some offices in Thailand may have different requirements regarding the source and seasoning of funds.

thanks for the reason, it was definitely a pain, the amount of multiple transfers, and give me a headache sending so much this way, but was so smooth the tpc was excellent π
you are welcome. Yes Bangkok, they were so lovely and efficient, I received the reply email within a few hours, one for telling me that multiple 49,000 transfers are ok, and another email reply for all the screenshots to the correct amount, 1 million baht, November 23, I should of produced a pdf, but I didn't really know how too π obviously this amount i was kind of worried, but everything was simple and smooth

You can have multiple transfers as long as the total is 800k when you're done. π
AND
Remember not every office requires you need to have the 800K transferred in from abroad (Bangkok does require it)
Also
Remember that Jomtien requires the 800K baht to be seasoned for 2 months before you apply for the initial 90 day Non-O visa (no other office does this, the rest just need it in the account on the date you apply)
