Can I travel to Thailand with both my old and new passports when my E-visa is tied to my old passport?

I have a question about LTR E-visa and passport renewal. The E-visa has already been issued with a passport number. If the passport is renewed, the passport number will change. Can the person bring both the old passport and new passport with the E-visa when arriving in Thailand? (The E-visa has not been used yet).

TLDR : Answer Summary
When traveling to Thailand on an LTR E-visa, if your passport has been renewed and the passport number has changed, you can bring both your old and new passports when arriving in Thailand. It is advisable to present both to immigration. Additionally, you will need to bring both passports to the BOI offices in Bangkok to get the stamp affixed to your new passport.

Yes. You will need them all to pass through immigration. And then take them all to BOI offices in BKK to get the stamp affixed to the new passport
