Now I want pickup my new passport,- then they will make old passport invalid (last time they cut half of the passport page).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, currently in Thailand with a tourist e-visa in an almost full passport, asks if they can leave Thailand with their old invalid passport after receiving a new passport. Comments suggest that bringing both passports is necessary, as immigration will help transfer the visa stamp from the old passport to the new one at the airport.

Bring both passports and immigration in the airport when you leave Thailand will transfer your stamp for you, just had the same situation as you few weeks ago

Immigration at airports do not transfer stamps, you can only do that at an Immigration Office before departing

Her advice is WRONG, visas are NOT transferred, you just carry both passports.
