I have one year visa, expire Jan 22 2024 with reentry permit.

I will travel to Europe and return nov 2023.

I need to renew my passport, valid to jan 24, 2024.

When I reurn to Thailand in nov with the new passport, can I use the visa stamp in the old passport to enter and make the visa transfer to new passport in Thailand?

Or do I have to transfer the visa in a Thai embassy in europe?

Yep sticker can't be transferred. Carry both passports until you get an extension inside Thailand. Then you're sweet

, if your valid visa is the sticker from the Thai embassy/consulate in another country, you cannot transfer that visa sticker.

Doesn’t matter where you apply for new passport.

You need to keep both of old and new passports to enter on that visa.

Also in Sweden the application is done on line sinds 1 jun 2021. He can not have a visa sticker glued in his passport

SUGGEST you get a NEW passport NOW before you leave Thailand to go to your home country of Sweden. IF that is practical based on your travel plans.

That keeps it simple.

As you indicate you plan on leaving at sometime and returning to Thailand in November 2023.

And your next renewal of your extension of stay is in January 2024

Be sure to get a re-entry permit before you leave Thailand to keep your current extension of stay as retired valid.
