Good morning, I have non OA yearly extension and multiple re-entry stamps valid till march 2024 on my current French passport. As I now reach critical number of blank pages (3), I plan to make a new passport during summer in France. Can you confirm that, while stamps will be in voided passport, immigration at airport will accept upon my return the old plus new passport and give me a permission to stay until March 2024. Thanks for your advices.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can travel back to Thailand with both your old passport containing the visa stamps and your new passport. Upon arrival, Thai immigration will honor the stamps in your old passport and allow you to enter the country. Be sure to visit the immigration office with both passports after your return to transfer the stamps accordingly.

Yes, you bring both old and new passport to enter Thailand, show stamps in old passport, they will stamp you in same as your current stamp.

Once you are back in Thailand, don't forget to bring both passports to the immigration office that issued your extension to apply for transfer stamps.
