Hello everyone, I need some clarification, I entered the Kingdom on 30 Oct. on a single entry non/imm O visa based on marriage to Thai. Iโ€™m waiting on my 60 day mark to apply for the yearly extension around 30 Dec. I now need to get back to Aust for a week over Xmas , can I gain an exit pass and return without disruption to my extension application?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, who entered Thailand on a single entry non-O visa based on marriage, seeks clarification on whether they can exit Thailand for a week and return without disrupting their annual extension application. According to community responses, they can obtain a re-entry permit before leaving, ensuring that their visa status remains valid upon re-entry.

Yes, as long as you will re-enter Thailand within your current "permitted until" date and get a re-entry permit before you leave Thailand, you can be back using the current stamp status.

You can get a re-entry permit at the nearest immigration office or the internationally-departure airport.
