TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses whether it's possible to transfer a NON-O visa from an old passport to a new one at Chang Watana immigration after renewing the passport. Comments provide insights on the importance of filing a TM.28 form for a change of address and emphasize the necessity of carrying out a 90-day report, especially if the individual has relocated from Nakhon Ratchasima to Bangkok.

Sorry, but this is a classic example of someone not knowing how they are here, or how to stay longer. It is IMPOSSIBLE to give the correct advice if even YOU don't know how you are here.

It's not classic friend.

Did you go to the immigration office in Bangkok and file a TM.28 "change of address" form when you moved from Korat? If you did that then you would file you're 90 day report in Bangkok and then you could get the stamps moved at the immigration office here.

IF you didn't do that you either go do that, OR go back to Korat Immigration's where you got the extension to get the stamps transferred.
