What are your intentions? Staying in Thailand using an 1 year Extension of Stay, or leaving Thailand when the land borders open?

Usually I would just do the rolling 1 year extension. However this time I was solely going to extend by 60 days and then reassess my options .Subsequently Informed I qualify for the current amnesty and Khon kaen immigration confirmed today I was not required to apply for the 60 day extension that I was initially seeking.

You will be on Amnesty until July 31.

Hoping for a border to reopen.

Good luck.
