TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of obtaining a 6 month Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV) after their Non-O visa expires on February 4, 2020, due to financial issues preventing them from renewing the Non-O. They also question if they can apply for the METV while living in Huahin and what the financial requirements are.
