Hello and thanks in advance for your responses.

I arrived into Thailand on 15 October on a 90 day non-o based on marriage. As I had to serve quarantine followed by having to wait 7 days to get a residency certificate to open a bank account I will be in a situation whereby the 2 month seasoning of the 400k will only be achieved around 5 days before my 90 days are up.

Hence my question is for the extension of stay can I go to immigration and apply with only 5 days before the last day of my visa.

If not, what options are available - I understand that are 60 day extension based on Thai family is possible.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if they can apply for an extension of their 90-day non-o visa based on marriage with only 5 days remaining before expiration due to delays in meeting the 400k bank balance requirement. Responses confirm that applications can be filed until the last day of the visa. Additionally, it is noted that a 60-day extension based on Thai family is available, but using it is cautioned against as it is only allowed once per visa.

Yes you can. You can file up to the last day on your "admitted to" stamp.

That is the only option available. I recommend NOT using it if at all possible; you can only use it ONCE per visa.
