Hi, I have a one year extension of my non O visa based on marriage.

It is expiring in January 2023 but I would like to renew it next month (my wife has to be abroad for a few months). Is it possible? Thank you for your contributions.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a NON-O visa based on marriage expiring in January 2023 and wants to renew it in December while their spouse is abroad. Comments suggest checking with the local Thai Immigration office regarding the possibility of early renewal, usually done 30 to 45 days prior to expiration, potentially requiring proof of the spouse's absence.

Ask your local Thai Immigration office.

Maybe it's possible to get the extension in December...(normal extension is done 30 to 45 days prior to your current extension stamp expiration date)...

with PROOF of her need to leave Thailand...

but earlier than December is unlikely.
