hi I have a thai retirement visa for 4 years now and want to change it to marriage visa ... my thai partner and i will be married in august in australia and I have to renew my retirement visa in hua hin in january..do i have to go through the whole non immigrant thing again ?? i have the required amount in my thai bank for 12 months and my name in her house book...CAN THE STAMPS JUST BE CHANGED TO MARRIAGE VISA ??
