How early can I begin the process of applying for an extension of stay based on marriage? I already have an extension and wish to do it early as possible this time around due to moving provinces

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can typically begin the process of applying for an extension of stay based on marriage in Thailand about 30 days prior to the expiration of your current visa. Some immigration offices may even allow applications to be submitted 45 days early.

thanks, is it possible to apply in one province and then get the stamp after 30 days under consideration in another province or does it have to be the same one?
