TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information on how soon they can apply for a renewal of their NON-O visa (expiring on October 30) and whether they must visit the main immigration office in Bangkok or if they can go to another immigration office. Comments indicate that applications can be made between 45 days before and until the last day of the visa's validity, and that one should visit the immigration office serving their area. Additionally, the process involves submitting documentation for an extension of stay, which may take up to a month to be processed.

You use the immigration office in the area where you live

You would be applying for a yearly extension of stay based on marriage and they are NOT issued on the day you apply. You apply for the year extension, you turn in your documentation and you will get a stamp in your passport that says "under consideration" telling you to come back in a month and get your yearly extension stamped into your passport.
