Guys with 2 passports who report their address using the TM30 form, do any of you rotate your passport? Is it any problem registering your address with 2 different passports?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When registering your address in Thailand using the TM30 form, it is important to use the passport that you entered Thailand with. This means that even if you possess two passports, you should report your address with the passport that corresponds to your entry into the country.

You do the report with the passport you entered Thailand with.

You shouldn't have a problem because you entered the country on it.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing. I've used the same passport the last few months but I might need to send that passport to Scotland soon so was planning on using the other passport on my next entry.
