Can I re-enter Thailand on a 60-day SETV if it wasn't stamped 'used'?

I entered Thailand on the 60 day SETV. I had asked immigration if I could enter on the exemption because my plans changed and I need to leave within a few weeks and will come back before the initial 90 days are up.

He didn’t answer me, but I received the TR stamp with 60 days.

-> But he did NOT stamp my visa “used”

... will I get to enter on it again? Or should I get a reentry permit and not risk it?

(I won’t be gone long and I need this visa type to get certain things done that are easier than being on an exemption).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user entered Thailand on a 60-day Special Tourist Visa (SETV) but did not receive a 'used' stamp on their visa. They are seeking advice on whether they can re-enter Thailand on the same visa after a short trip abroad or if they should obtain a re-entry permit to avoid any issues.

They don't always use the used stamp sometimes they just scribble on it

The date stamp will be for 60 day's just look at it.

For the cost of a reentry permit of 1,000 Thai baht . .get it! Don't risk not having it !!

Whether they marked the visa void or not you got stamped in for 60 days and if the stamp has TR on it you're here on the tourist visa you had in your passport.

you were stamped in on the 60 day tourist visa you CANNOT use it again.

How about just buying a re-entry permit before you leave so you get stamped back in for the expiration date you have in your passport now?

that is strange but I would be money that visa is USED, especially seeing as your entry stamp says TR and not a ผ.30 <-visa exempt entry.

that’s what I’ll probably do but I wondered why the visa itself wasn’t stamped “used” like all my others have been
