Is it possible to get the covid insurance if you're in Thailand, plan to travel out and back in again?

Since Nov 1st you need a general medical insurance, not only Covid.

Yes when i got back in July 2020 when all this started. The policies arawan namak was offering were Thailand, Asean (except singapore) and worldwide
