Good morning everyone! I really need advice and help, if you would, please! I am here with 90-days tourist visa and I already got my 30 days extension. I am professor in Chinese university so I live and work in Beijing. Since yesterday Chinese Government closed the country for all foreigners and expats to go back. My country is unreachable (Bulgaria), no flights. So, what do you think, if I go to Emigration here and I explain all this, are they going to give me one more 30-days extension? Please, if you have any idea, help me with!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Bulgarian national in Thailand with a 90-day tourist visa and a 30-day extension is seeking help due to the closure of borders in China preventing their return. They inquire if immigration will grant another 30-day extension due to these circumstances. Comments advise obtaining a supporting letter from their embassy to increase the chances of approval for an extension.

You need a letter from your country’s embassy to support your visa extension for Thailand. Also there are still flights going into China. Having legitimate work with academic institution in China should still enable you to return. Speak to your employer.
So if you are unable to get a letter asking for Immigration to grant you the 30 more days emergency extension, the only option is to leave Thailand and fly to a safe place. You may not be able to return to Bulgaria, but You could go to Suvarnabhumi Airport and go on stand-by with some airlines that still fly out to Europe. Like, Turkish Airlines going to Instanbul, or Finair flying Helsinki and transit further in Europe
Without the letter from your consulate saying you're unable to travel due to covid-19, you are unlikely to get ANYTHING but a 7 day application for extension not approved stamp that gives you a week to get out of the country.
WITH that letter you could get the emergency extension of up to 30 days
